-5 star, I brought my truck in for oil change, balance/rotation and alignment. Sales rep called and said they cant align the truck due to outer tie rod ends leaking grease and supposedly loose. I had the front end checked awhile back and found the lower ball joints were going bad and had them replaced. I told them that there was nothing loose on the front end. Other than the outer sway bar links-which has no affect on the alignment. Then they said my tires had abnormal wear and cant align it( thats why I had them rotated ) they refused to align my truck without buying new tie rod ends and new tires. She then tried the "Scare Tactic sell" and told me my brakes were grinding to the point my caliper was going to lock up and damage the hardware"...LMAO MY BRAKES ARE NOT EVEN WORN DOWN TO 20%. Needless to say the Tech has no clue what he is doing or how to work on a vehicle and the sales rep doesn't know what the hell she is talking about !!! I will take my business else where, this is the 3rd time they have screwed me over.

View on GoogleThis location used to be very good but over the past couple months customer service is really going downhill. I've been in twice and each time I've had to wait for over 10 minutes before I was able to even talk to an employee to get my car in for an oil change. I stood in the lobby with no one waiting and no one behind any desk, I counted at least five phone calls I tried to come through but never got an answer. It's unfortunate because I did give this place a 5-star review in the beginning but their services over the past few visits have brought them down to a 2 now.
