From the initial call I made to ask about availability to the day of service they always provided excellent customer service. I arrived at the shop and was greeted immediately. The young man in the office answered all my questions and explained what they offer along with the oil change service. They send you a full detailed report of what was done with pictures. They take pictures your car before and pictures of the issues, so you can see exactly what they found that is needed with the car. I need to replace a motor mount, so they made sure to show me the part and where the issue was. I have never experienced car service like theirs and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a satisfactory visit. I was sent a gift and decided to give them a try and it was the best choice. They are also partnered with 3rd party programs that allow you to get your service and pay the third party provider within 90 days same as cash price. I definitely recommend using Phil's Car Care for your car needs!

Came in at the perfect time. The shop was full but they were able to squeeze me in right away. Stayed almost a hour for them to inspect my car and change my oil. Very professional and honest service. I will be coming here for now on. Greatest service ever this was my second time and a beat wasn’t missed. Thank you so much ! The guy at the front desk was awesome and his customer service was amazing 🤩.

Ridiculously overpriced mechanical work. Quoted over $1500 for all 4 brakes with rotors. I immediately decided I would do it myself. Parts actually needed costed less than $50. Could of had the rotors turned for $60, if it were needed. (It wasn't) Back brakes are good for another 3 or 4 years before they will need to be changed. I had an oil change done with full synthetic for the groupon price which was a reasonable price, but only after I got belligerent and threatened to leave. Initially, Logan wanted over $100 for the oil change and the dealership does it for $80. Including their 372 point check or whatever they claim.. Phil is likely ashamed of what his legacy has become. As I was speaking with them, I was checking the boxes for a stereotypical mechanic shop. Premium prices for cheap parts too. Phil's installed a Pronto PAPER filter, which will be changed again very soon! Mechanics have noted in forums that Pronto filters look fuzzy, bunched, or slightly twisted inside. This leads to uneven flow, premature clogging, and bypass. Basically allowing debris to circulate through the engine instead of filtering it out. I'd say it is unlikely they really used the Dexos-1 GM specified oil either, but a lab I know will tell me.

Amazing service. Genuine and honest about any issues and Logan was so kind and explained everything clearly with me about repairs that were safety related and was fully transparent with the issues including photos and a detailed inspection report. Incredible service that as a woman, I have never received anywhere else. Whether it’s a repair you need or just a simple oil change, and you don’t want to be upsold unnecessary costs, visit this hidden gem! I won’t be taking my vehicle anywhere else!

I brought my car in for an oil change and diagnostics. They we SO nice and understanding. They ran a 40 point diagnostic test which showed a couple of issues, some I was aware of, others not. They didn't try to upsell me on anything and were completely honest and transparent. Absolutely wonderful people to deal with
