Made an appointment online to get a screw in my tire repair. Making the appointment was quick and easy! Got to the store was immediately helped. EVERYONE was super nice and service was quick and efficient! Will definitely use NTB again!!!
View on GoogleWalked in for an alignment without an appointment. Was greeted by Ian who helped me get that taken care of. He did tell me there would be a slight wait while they worked on another vehicle which was no issue for me, especially since he let me know up front! Once alignment was completed, the tech came out and gave me the rundown of his findings and told me to bring it back if anything still felt off. Ian checked me out and gave me my documentation. They were both very friendly, professional, and knew their stuff! I gave my truck a nice ride around town then back home and so far so good!
