I want to check my mail which is a mile down the street and all of a sudden I noticed that my panel notifications say my rear tire has nine psi. Of course I didn’t even go home. I went straight down the street thank God a mile and a half away is Lorenzo’s. I’m going to be quite honest. I thought that this was an all Hispanic shop meaning that there would be no English speaking here. I still went, and I was really pleased because what I heard was WRONG. Got the tire repaired - it was QUICK, and so cheap I thought it was a joke or something. I actually had some kind of huge drill bit all the way through the tire. They repaired it. I haven’t had a problem since it’s been about three weeks. VERY nice…PROFESSIONAL people. I will use this shop ANYtime I need new tires or repair on one. Just pleasant people.

I understand the tires are used but they sold me a pretty much ready to dispose tire. I took the tire to check elsewhere while at work and they showed me how the tire had a side bulge. They advise changing it because of the condition. I had this tires maybe a month and now I had to pay to replace it again.

They don’t even deserve one star I took my vehicle in for alignment and was told I need shocks as well. I went ahead with the work not knowing that they do not really k ow why they are doing… Shortly after their work was done on my vehicle I had traction control light and abs light come on. I asked the young male at lorenzons to see if they could take a look and make sure it wasn’t something they missed.. I had a mechanic take care of there mistake today. They did not tighten a major screw and left my sensor wire unprotected. This is on them They should be ashamed

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Last experience was terrible. They accidentally cracked my windshield while working on my car. When I spoke to the owner about it, he barely paid attention he was too busy eating a rotisserie chicken and acted completely uninterested in what I was saying. He Said "We’ll let you know Saturday.” He never told me a specific time or called me back. I called during the week. He told me bring it the following weekend at 8am if you don't bring it won't fix it" So i brought my car today 10/11 just like i was finally told , and called me 2 hours later to come pick it up! they refused to fix it, saying I didn’t come the first time even though they never gave me a time! Then they said they wouldn’t give me any money to fix it either. really liked the employees who work there they’ve always been kind and helpful but the owner is arrogant, rude, and a completely jerk.

Sold me a bad tire. Hasn't even been 5 days and they don't want to swap it for a different one after knowingly selling a defected tire. Will be reporting to the BBB. Inform Local News or Consumer Advocacy Groups Some news stations have “On Your Side”-style segments that expose shady businesses. 5.
