Unreliable, will ask you for the money upfront, and will not fix the problems properly. Additionally, Alex will continue to give excuses even after taking the money upfront. As a commercial client, I tried working with him since they are a small business but I certainly wouldn't trust him anymore. It is getting to the point, where we have to warn him that if we don't get our vehicle back, we will have to take him to court. Beware!!

I been calling him for the past 8 months he answers with excuses, my wife’s car has been in this shop for months already he claims to be working on it but her car is still were we left it , he asks for money begging and then disappears saying he has family issues but in reality he is out who knows where wasting our hard earned money! THIS IS BASICALLY A STORAGE YARD IF YOU Don’t WANT YOUR CAR SITTING IN YOUR DRIVE WAY , This place is GREAT IF YOU WANT TO AVOID TICKETS FROM YOUR HOA!!
