If I could rate them negative stars, I would. If you’re thinking of taking your car to them no matter how bad of a jam you think you are in, I wouldn’t. I blew my transmissions internal parts. I suggested swapping the whole transmission at first.. (it would be cheaper) Alex told me them rebuilding my transmission was the safer bet for my transmission to last. Fast forward 6 months and $5,200. I’ve broken down twice (car won’t shift out of first gear.) the initial problem. Taken it back both times he told me they can’t fix problems I keep making up. I ended up getting a 2nd opinion from a shop 3 minutes away and they told me Rudy’s only did half the work I originally paid for and my transmission is still damaged and I’m waiting on it to go out again… don’t go to this place I’m so serious THEY WILL SCAM YOU

Horrible service. Expensive. They don’t even call you to notify if your car is ready to be taken home and take an excessively amount of time. Took my car here and it came with even more problems. They won’t fix your car correctly and don’t honor the warranty. Save your money and time, don’t go here.

View on GoogleDropped off the car on a Friday for a check up since I had a battery light on, they said to drop off and I did. They said theyll try to look at it over the weekend but i had to drop off to stay on the queue. Before I dropped off I asked if I could bring it in when there is availability but they said I would lose my spot. I had to pay uber to drive to places and became expensive, I finally went on Monday and asked if inspection had been done and the guy said there were 100 cars ahead of me and that they could look at that day. I told him its ok., that I would just take the car home. Which I did. I ended up taking it to another shop which I ended up dropping off and being fixed on the same day. I gave it a try but this shop was not for me. This is not a negative comment just my experience.

He went above and beyond to make sure that I was back on the road as soon as possible. He stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of everything going on. Long story short he had my truck back to me in 2 1/2 days!!! I’m back on the road and making money to provide for my family! I can’t say enough good things about my experience with him. I highly recommend them to anyone. They definitely do everything possible for their customers.
