Want to thank Rick Garza and everyone else there at Pursch Motors for making the sales purchase of my new GMC Sierra smooth and easy. Rick made it very easy for me to get into my new truck with zero buying pressure. Will defiantly do buisness again with them, highly recommend to anyone looking to purschase a vehicle.

View on GooglePurchased a used 2019 Ford F350 from them today. Last Friday when I came by to see the truck and drive it; I mentioned to Rick Garza that the rear tires needed replacing as well as the alloy rims which were in bad shape Someone that sells cars should have been able to see that!! And they should have rectified the issues particularly the bad tires as that is a safety concern. Rick told me it came with a 30 day warranty. So I haggle some with Rick and did get $750 taken off. But nothing replaced or repaired. I thought I could use the $750 i saved for new tires with replacement wheels coming later. Today we went to finalize the purchase and was told that there was NO warranty of any kind. Obviously the owner/manager of Pursch does NOT stand behind the word of his sales staff. Left the dealership in the truck heading home to Bandera. 10 miles outside of Hondo the inner tire on the driver's side dually blew. Sat along the highway for nearly 6 hours waiting on tow truck. Had truck towed to my residence in Bandera ($400)!!!!. So all I can say is the customer DOES NOT come first and their safety and concerns are basically ignored. I do not recommend Pursch for any used car needs you may have.
View on GooglePurchasing my car was easy. Cladi was a delight to work with. Some at the service desk need to work on their customer service skills. Setting an appointment doesn’t necessarily expedite your services either. Overall this dealership has been as expected from most dealerships.
View on GoogleCouldn’t get my daughter as a first time buyer into a vehicle, sadly. She did find one for 3,000 cheaper and better. Sales man, they contact you over and over and the phone goes dead once you can’t get qualified for much but knowing you told them ahead of time she’s a first class one buyer with no credit.
