1. I had to call in multiple times to get any form of answers. 2. Everyone in the office acted as if speaking to me for more than 10 seconds was a waste of time and breath. 3. Unable to give me any clear answers to my questions. 4. On the Invoice it stated the tech did an inspection of the vehicle. I know this is not true due to the oil leak coming from my turbo that is plainly visible. Service writer didn’t know of this and didn’t care to know. 5. After inspecting my vehicle after the service I found several hose mounts not on properly. One of which was bent and almost broken. This same hose mount was crushing the coolant line between my charge air cooler and the reservoir almost pinching the line off completely. All in all I am completely unsatisfied with the level of service provided by the price Chevrolet service department. My truck will not come back for any future services. Truck was back in a 2nd time for Cylinder 2 Glow Plug. Same level of service as the first time. I gave them a second chance because it might have been an off day but the overall attitude of the service department is poor.
