This place is great from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. They make sure you are taken care of and provide detailed information about your vehicle to help keep you safe on the road. I appreciated their honesty without feeling pressured, and you can truly see that they care about their customers’ safety. I will definitely be back and will spread the word to my friends and family! I can’t say enough good things about YES Automotive. Finding a trustworthy repair shop can be stressful, but these guys made the entire process easy from start to finish. The shop itself was spotless and well-kept, which immediately gave me confidence in the quality of their work. The staff was welcoming, professional, and extremely skilled when it came to diagnosing and repairing my vehicle. It’s obvious they know transmissions inside and out. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood what was going on with my car without making me feel pressured.

I went in last Saturday for an oil filter change. I had been very pleased with this particular yes automotive the last time I was there. I thought I’d found a new car maintenance facility. I was told I needed brake fluid because “it is time “! I inquired what do you mean it is time he said two years or 24,000 miles. It is time. To my surprise, another gentleman came in the room and he said Mazda recommends three years or 36,000 miles. I have always followed manufacturer recommendation and I should’ve been given the option to follow their recommendation rather than being told two years 24,000 miles to me it’s deceptive! I intend to send a complaint to the main office on Highway six as well! What a convenient and pleasant shop, What a shame this person did not give me the option of following the manufacturer recommendation. Sincerely, Patricia Sheffield

This is the second time I’ve taken my son’s truck to Yes! Automotive. Both times I received excellent service at a fair price. On this occasion, I had my son’s truck towed there because of brake issues. I had no appointment but had no problem getting them look at his truck. They assessed the situation, showed me the issues and gave me options for the path forward. The truck was in and out in less than half a day. This is an a well organized organization. I will continue to use Yes! Automotive.

Service was amazing! Went in for an oil change and they ended up finding an issue that could’ve been super dangerous if it had been allowed to progress. They showed genuine concern and were very accommodating. They even shuttled me home and back while they were servicing my car. We definitely will be coming back!
