First time customer review : I took my car in becuase of excessive vibration in the engine at idle. Turned out to be worn out motor mounts. They ordered new ones, and got it fixed up in about 2-3 days, and its running alot better now. My thoughts - they did a good job, but it was not cheap.

I am coming back here again for other vehicles. Long Review: 2023 4Runner SR5 Premium 4x4 (after market front/rear struts and rear coil springs) On 12/26/2024 I originally took my car to a different shop to do an alignment. After waiting about an hour they finally took my car back. An hour later I get my car back with the alignment papers saying this is the best they can do due to the aftermarket parts I put on. Vehicle is now pulling hard right. Morning of 12/27/2024, I was referred to Elliott's Automotive by a friend with an F150 and custom suspension parts. I called Elliott's Automotive immediately and was able to make contact with someone knowledgeable and understanding of my issue. They gave me a rough run down of everything and gave a final statement that until I bring in my vehicle, this is the best info they can provide me. About an hour later, I arrived to the shop and was greeted by the front staff and the person who took my phone call. (I forget their name). They spoke with me, came outside and crawled under my vehicle ON THE SPOT in the parking lot. You don't see that anywhere else! We were originally planning to do it monday as I needed the car for the weekend and could not leave it. However, after the inspection, they said they could knock it out real quick. Took the vehicle to the back and no more than 25-30 minutes later, my vehicle was in the front with PERFECTLY aligned suspension. Something the other shop said it was IMPOSSIBLE to do. I paid my dues, and thanked everyone who helped fix my issue and walked out with a smile on my face and a straight true driving vehicle. This is now my go to location for all my vehicles.
View on GoogleI struggled for 2 days after replacing my quick connect t fitting for my heater hose , it kept leaking .. Elliot’s team found a fine crack in the aluminum connecting tube that caused the leak .. Great service and price was very reasonable, I will be back!
