When making my appointment, just waiting on the phone took about 20 minutes for someone to pick up the phone to only put my on hold for another 10 minutes. After speaking with someone I set an appointment for 1pm. I arrived at my on time for my appointment and when finally checked in I waited for 2 hours for them just to tell me what was wrong with my tire. What is the whole point of making an appointment if you still have to wait 2 hours for repairs. Honestly it's not worth buying tires here. You are better off going to discount tire where the wait time is much shorter. Will never purchase tired here again.

I called about 10:30 in the morning. Told the person I was speaking to that I had wires showing and needed a new tire installed. I also told them I had an appt at 2:30 with the Costco in the galleria and asked if hey had an earlier appt. The person told me that they could fit me in between 1:30-2 and that I did not need an appt. I arrive at 1:50 and was told it was over a 2 hour wait, and offered a 4:45 appt. I should have not trusted the person on the phone and stuck with the appt. in the Galleria.

I had an appointment w/t tire center, Costco Pearland @12:45 pm. I reached early and met them. After waiting for 2 , I was told that their lift guard wasn’t compatible for Honda passport 2026. I can’t believe that Costco is so much lagging behind in terms of infrastructure. Their customer service is very poor and not worth visiting them. Thank you

Costco’s Tire Service Center angered me, plain and simple. They could not do a simple wheel alignment which is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of! You’re a “Tire Service” center, but you can’t even do a single wheel alignment. Pathetic! Oh, and I told them to fix the tire plate as well. Just a simple removal and twist so the tire air tube sticks through the whole. Could not even do that. Where does Costco hire these folks? I would have complained to them if they did not close right after moving my car out! They will get an earful from me tomorrow!

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced. I told them my lug nuts are factory painted and are known to chip with impact tools - could they please use hand tools. The guy immediately replied "that's an inconvenience". He then said he didn't have anything to torque the nuts by hand. I asked- "you don't have torque wrenches?" He said yes but... then mumbled something about a supervisor. He walked away then returned a few moments later to tell me they don't have anything to lift my vehicle. 🙄 As a top 1% local guide and top 10% Google reviewer, I strongly recommend against Costco tire center. I would never want a lazy liar working on my vehicle.
