Pasadena Auto Service was such a pleasant experience for me. From the initial phone call to the upfront service from Da Boss Lady, the customer service was very welcoming. They were understanding of my situation and worked with me in order to get my a/c fixed in this hot hot Houston heat. I am taking my car back to get my transmission repaired very soon because again, customer service and feeling heard is very important to me, even when it’s for car repairs. I have already told 3 people about this wonderful establishment and they will also go get their car serviced there as well very soon. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. And they have such a cutie lil puppy that was in the shop, so that was an added bonus!🩷

Despite a winter storm, Ed was able to diagnose and fix my broken radiator in about 48 hours, which truly exceeded my expectations. Ed was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and explaining everything clearly. He even offered affordable repair options without pressure, which I really appreciated. It’s rare to find a mechanic who is both honest and efficient.
