I had a great experience with them my car came back brand new and drives wonderfully. Before I would hear constant scratches from the bumper, not anymore! The price they gave me was less than any other collision place I went to.

I was referred here by the insurance company after my car was hit, and im very glad I chose this shop. The repairs were done beautifully, and Ceasars the general manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Told them I needed a state inspection, they told me they guy that does them was on break, which is cool I get it, so I gave em my number, but they never called back. Had me waiting for their call like im one of their side pieces or sum shi. I instead went down the street to get the inspection done by “Texas Extreme Tire” and got done and outta there in 5 minutes. Do what you will with this info

if it was possible to give a zero I would! This shop was a preferred shop from our insurance company. After a major accident that our son had we were shaken and trying to figure things out so we blindly agreed. That was the very beginning of January. About a month later we were out of rental coverage and they were telling us “all we are waiting on is tires and headlights” so my husband went and purchased those and brought them to the shop. He found that they had done almost nothing to the truck and spoke with insurance about moving shops. Pasadena collision center assured us they would have it ready in two weeks. We gave them another chance and when we went to pick it up (they told us it was ready). my husband noticed part of the grill missing and ONE OF THE RIMS THAT WAS A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN THE REST! So they took it back and we’re suppose to fix those things. about 7-10 days later i go pick up the truck and as soon as i get on the interstate the truck is pulling very strongly to the right! i stop at a tire shop where they put in a sensor that was missing and air up said tire! because it was almost flat. Then i get home and my husband discovers under the truck MANY things are never having been touched or repaired correctly! The pictures below show those things. I could have wrecked in the death trap they sent me home in. I cannot believe this is the way they do business! It was robbery! Insurance fraud and immoral! It is now at Frank’s and they come highly recommended. They have already discovered the frame is bent WHICH WE ASKED ABOUT SEVERAL TIMES. and we’re told it was good

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the absolute worst! I just recently got my car back today from an accident that happened LAST YEAR in December! Let’s start there. My car was towed to their shop a few days after Christmas last year… after it being there for a month and a half my insurance told me that I had to turn in my rental because they only cover so much. So I call Pasadena auto collision center only to be given the run around so I decided to show up, and it was a surprise to me to find out that my car hadn’t even begun repairs! A month and a half half and no repairs? Wow ok. I made a fuss about it because now I have to come out of my own pocket so keep the rental so I can get to and from work! A month passes by and I spent over $1500 for the rental. Yup. They call me to come pick my up car so I come to get it and mind you I have a flight to catch out of IAH. So I pick up the car and go straight to the airport. I’m gone for 2 days. Come back and drive home, about 40min. I notice that there is a whistling sound coming out of the passenger door, I told myself when I get home I’ll check it (I’m not pulling over on highway to check it, too dangerous). As I continue my journey home, I feel a jerk in the steering wheel which is so odd to me. I get home and the back wheel (where I was initially hit) is off the hinges!!! I was like what is this?! I check the passenger door and that door too is off the hinges! And the part where the window fully closes is full on the door!! Nothing was put back together properly!! That could have ended drastically, thankfully it wasn’t! I send him the photos and his response was “did you get hit in the same exact spot” I was so disgusted by his lack of accountability! And he made it seem like he was doing me a favor by towing my car back to his shop! I got my car back again and this time I notice that the ambient lighting isn’t working, the exterior lighting isn’t working and this raises alot of concern to me which I brought up to him. I kept having to go back for the following weeks which lead to months to continue getting adjustments to their poorly attentiveness to my car from my accident. Now we are at the end of July and I’m extremely unsatisfied and my car is still not back to its original state prior to the accident. I feel exhausted and just fed up. So I call my insurance provider and they were able to reopen my case and allowed me to take it to the collision center of my choice. And that was the best thing I did. But come to find out (after their initial inspection) there is so much more damage to my car than what meets the eye. Alignment of the passenger front to back door is off. On top of the ambient lighting and exterior lighting. The exhaust is misaligned and the bumper has a weird circular thing almost popping out of it. This new collision center brings up these discrepancies to my insurance and Pasadena Auto Collision. Well Pasadena auto collision center went out to the new shop my car was out was extremely rude to the lady helping him and showing him and blamed me for all these damages trying to say “she got in another accident, I’m not paying for none of this” wow! Just horrible behavior! Well my insurance ended up taking care of it thankfully! BASICALLY THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLY RAN, SLOPPILY OPERATED, LACKS DECORUM! DO NOT COME HERE!
