I want to say Ben and his crew are the best got my car running like brand new quick and fast. They communicate the best too always letting me know what was going on with my vehicle and showing me videos of the process. Best shop in Houston!! For sure recommending it to everyone. If your car needs fixing or maintenance they are the ones for the job !!

I went to two other mechanics before finding him, and before I could even finish explaining what was going on with my car, he told me the original problem without me having to say it. That’s when I knew he was truly skilled and knew exactly what he was doing. The other mechanics completely ignored the real reason my engine light came on. I ended up paying to fix two things that were not even the actual issue, and eventually the original problem came right back. As soon as I brought my car to Benjamin, he diagnosed and fixed the issue in under four hours. I highly recommend him. I drove an hour to get to him, and it was absolutely worth it. I love it here, and he is officially my new mechanic. Nobody else will be touching my vehicle from now on.

I honestly didn't know which way to go, because 2 shops near by off Harris street had been dishonest, in pricing, I found this place near my home, and the owner was so helpful, even offered, and went to get our truck to his shop. Went above, and beyond. His professionalism, good work ethics, and honesty means everything nowadays! If you need a mechanic, I highly recommend this place. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays, but they were so nice, and even waisted after-hours for us to come get our truck! They're amazing!! Many blessings to everyone at this shop, and their family. Oh! and their prices are very reasonable, believe me, I went all around Pasadena, and without a doubt PAC is the best. Pricing, professionalism, and so kind 🙏
