They fixed my son's truck, and everyone here has great work ethics, so professional, and most importantly honest. I honestly didn't know which way to go, because 2 shops near by off Harris street had been dishonest, in pricing, I found this place near my home, and the owner was so helpful, even offered, and went to get our truck to his shop. Went above, and beyond. His professionalism, good work ethics, and honesty means everything nowadays! If you need a mechanic, I highly recommend this place. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic nowadays, but they were so nice, and even waited after-hours for us to come get our truck! They're amazing!! Many blessings to everyone at this shop, and their family. Oh! and their prices are very reasonable, believe me, I went all around Pasadena, and without a doubt PAC is the best. Pricing, professionalism, and so kind 🙏

Had the pleasure of working with Ben and his team today to help with an oil change and ac cooling issues. Couldn’t recommend them enough. Had my oil changed and AC cooled in less than 45 min at a great price also. He also looked at my car free of charge and diagnosed other things going on with it, and never felt pressured to get it done right then and there. He was honest and reasonable and will be bringing my car back asap to get the rest of the work done that is needed. Thanks Ben!

My name is Ebone and my xfinity qx60 basically just gave out on me. I called PAC Auto and spoke to Mr. Ben who told me to get it in and he would see what issue was. When I tell you he called me and kept me updated on everything. Very professional and told me exactly what it would take price was very reasonable had to get a whole new transmission and spark plugs basically a needed tuneup. Everything was done quickly and he kept me updated on every step.Most definitely my new mechanic.

I was referred to PAC automotive by my son who had work done on his truck previously! He told me that they were honest and charged a fair price for auto work. I took my car in as it was loosing anti freeze, Ben told me it was several head gaskets that were leaking, hated to hear that as I knew this was a costly job and time consuming. I also had a screeching noise when I turned the steering wheel! I had the head gaskets fixed along with other things the car needed and the right side HUB repaired. (He even brought my car to me once repaired ) I am so happy with the work and my car doesn’t make any noises! 😃 Ben was honest and walked me through the whole process. Very happy with the work. 😃

Initially picked PAC Automotive because I needed my son’s truck fixed on a Saturday (he was coming in from college) and the shop I typically use is not open on weekends. I looked them up and saw they had great reviews and were well respected in their community. I now understand why. I dealt with Ben Sr. on the phone - polite and professional - got me set up with an appt. After I dropped my truck off - they diagnosed the problem - sent me a video of to show me exactly what they found and asked if I wanted to proceed. They sent me an invoice for approval and went to work as soon as I approved it. Finished the work faster than I anticipated and performed quality work at a competitive price. Also had the pleasure of meeting his son - Ben Jr. good people. If you are looking for an Auto Repair shop you can trust - you have found one….
