1st time trying a mobile mechanic service and am happy with the work. I used Mobile Auto techs and I had a complicated thermostat job on an old school Ford Fusion. Rob did a fantastic job in replacing both needed parts meanwhile finding that one of the parts not needing replacement wasn’t required saving me money. I will definitely continue requesting his assistance in car maintenance going forward and mechanical / electrical needs.

He diagnosed the problem right away and took the time to explain everything in a way that I could understand. His pricing was very reasonable, his communication was Excellent throughout the process and it gives me peace of mind knowing that he stands behind his work with a guarantee. I highly recommend Moblie Auto Techs and will definitely be calling Rob again if I ever need help.
View on GoogleI went with Mobile Auto Tech as I was in a slight bind with my truck. I contacted him and liked how he sounded over the phone. He had the problem diagnosed quickly, the price was fair, he kept me posted on the status of the repair, and finished when he said it would. Great experience and I would use him again.
View on GoogleDO NOT COME TO THIS GUY!! I was initially quoted $135 for a diagnostic, but after he “looked into it,” the price suddenly jumped to $275 with no clear explanation. That alone was a major red flag. He also claimed and told me he had a shop where the work would be done, which is one of the main reasons I agreed to move forward. It turns out he doesn’t have a shop at all, he was working on cars in a parking lot. Completely misleading me. On top of that, he was never on time. Every appointment we scheduled, he showed up 30 minutes to an hour late. That level of dishonesty and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Once I realized I had been misled from the beginning, I asked for my money back. This whole situation felt shady, deceptive, and extremely unprofessional. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration stay away.
