Fernando's Mechanic Shop

I had such a great experience at Fernando’s! As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, it can sometimes feel overwhelming going to a mechanic shop, but they were extremely helpful, honest, and patient with me from the very beginning. I needed my water pump replaced on my Ford Explorer, and they took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns politely and professionally. What impressed me the most is that they had my truck ready in just ONE DAY! Other shops told me it could take up to a week since 😓 Ford made it very difficult to access the water pump, but Fernando’s got it done incredibly fast. On top of that, their pricing was very affordable compared to other places. Fernando (the son) was especially helpful, courteous, and patient over the phone throughout the entire process. One thing that would make the experience even better is if, when customers pick up their vehicle, they could be shown the replaced part or given a little more explanation about the work that was done and whether anything else was noticed while working in that area. Other than that, I am very happy with the service and will definitely continue bringing my vehicle here whenever I need repairs. Highly recommend!

Fernando and his team did a fantastic job. I was truly pleased with my service. Fernando made sure that my repair was satisfactory to me. We had a small glitch, but Fernando took care of it Immediately! I will definitely recommend Fernando‘s Mechanic shop to others! If you receive the service I did you will not be disappointed! I will definitely use for car repair again.

I had a disappointing experience with this shop. The service did not meet my expectations in terms of communication and professionalism. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and the overall process was frustrating. I rely on clear updates and honest service when dealing with auto repairs, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience here. I would recommend others to be cautious and make sure everything is clearly agreed upon before proceeding.

My mom took her car to get serviced for an oil leak she had. They took 4 days to service it. As soon as my mom leaves she hears a new noise that the car wasn’t making before she dropped it off. She has to take it back that same day. They fixed it okay cool. Next day my mom got a flat and in the spot her car was parked I noticed she left an oil stain. She was skeptical because she just got the car out of the shop. She put a cardborad box under the car when she got home to see if it was continuing to leak oil and what do you know, it’s still leaking oil!! They didn’t fix the leak! I get it’s an older car, she’s not expecting perfection. But for them to have taken so long, charge those prices for a 2001 Camry, and it not be fixed is insane! She took it back today to let them know the issue was not fixed and they needed to look at it. They come out and tell her that it’s a different issue that’s causing the leak! It hasn’t even been a week since she picked up the car and now there’s another issue?! Yeah no, thanks. She will be taking her car elsewhere to actually get fixed.

Deserves 0 stars, made my cat worst. Then blames my vehicle . Do not recommend at all. Very rude aswell. Dont bring your car here if you dont want to pay overpriced and still not fixed.
