First of all Im a women with no knowledge of prices or maintenance… I went to Discount inspection, not knowing how long it would take to be seen or how much, it would cost .. I was very Impressed of how fast the service was and how polite they were….. my car went in the shop sounding like it was at its last life . I walk out knowing my car was in good hands … But when I went to pick it up it was like a new car .. I was amazed and very Gratitude to them for a excellent job done The work was Impressive..

I can’t say enough good things about Discount Inspection & Brakes and Lynn. Back in February, on the morning we were supposed to leave for Louisiana for my sister’s memorial service, I discovered that the front bumper on my mom’s Toyota Highlander had partially fallen down because a mounting bracket had broken. We were scheduled to leave that day and missing the memorial was not an option. I rushed to Discount Inspection & Brakes, and although they were busy, Lynn took the time to listen to the situation. He immediately worked us into the schedule, fixed the issue so we could safely make the trip, and refused to charge us. His kindness, compassion, and willingness to help during such a difficult time meant more than I can put into words. I was overwhelmed with gratitude and honestly left in tears. A couple of months later, I returned for my vehicle registration inspection and received the same excellent service—professional, efficient, and friendly. What impressed me even more was receiving a follow-up call from Lynn to make sure everything was still satisfactory and that I was happy with the repair. That level of customer service is rare these days. I was driving to work and had to step on my brakes a little harder than usually and when I did so I could hear metal on metal. It scared me a little so that morning I took my car in, my co worker had taken his car here last year and said they did great work for a good price. I got there right after they opened and dropped my car off, they called me around lunch and let me know in great details what was wrong, and what needed to be done. They also checked my fluids and a few other important things I would have not thought of. They sent over a quote and it was easy to approve or deny each repair. They then called me and talked to me about how long it would take and when I could pick my car up. They completed all four of my brake pads, rotors, and brake fluid flush all in the same day. I went back around 5pm and picked my car up. They went over the warranty with me and explain a lot more about points and the parts on my car. They never once treat me like a stupid woman who didn’t know anything about cars and I truly appreciate that. Usually my dad and I do all of the work on my car and sometimes he’s too busy so I have to outsource the work and I cannot stand it when you go to a shop or a auto part store and they treat you poorly because you are women. This place gives police discounts and teacher discount. I totally recommend

I took my 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 to get a brake repair estimate and Len Smith could not have been nicer. He was able to get my major repairs done in less than 48 hours and the pricing was very affordable. I love the comfort of having a 3 year warranty and all the other pearks from having my service done there. A fantastic experience all around.
