I had a really good experience with this auto repair shop when my car started making a grinding noise while braking. I was quite concerned, so I took it in immediately. The mechanic carefully inspected the brake system and checked each part step by step instead of guessing. After a detailed check, they found that the brake pads were worn out and needed replacement. I appreciated that they showed me the condition so I could understand the issue clearly. They didn’t push any unnecessary services and focused only on what was needed. The repair was done quickly, and they tested the brakes properly before returning the car. After that, braking feels smooth and safe again. It was a very honest and reassuring experience.

I came in with a blown radiator on my 2009 Subaru Outback, no appointment, and they took it in immediately no questions asked. The owner as well as the mechanics are all very kind and honest people, the owner went as far as to give me a ride home which was a short distance away, and I had my car back in 2 days (very busy when I came in). Overall they had replaced my radiator, hoses, thermostat, clamps, as well as my 02 sensors for only about $650 as well as gave me advisories on other issues coming up with my car and issues that I had already known, when I inspected they were 100% correct about any future potential services I may need and they did not play or mess with my car in anyway or try to make me have any BS services I did not need or claim that I had problems that my car didn’t have. This shop is run by good quality honest people who genuinely want to help you. I typically work on my own vehicles and had to come in due to an emergency situation, and I can confidently say as being my own “mechanic”, these mechanics are the only people in Houston I would trust with my car, and I will be returning for my more major preventative services I’ll need on my wagon (timing chain/headgaskets)

Don’t Do It especially if you don’t want a headache: I went in for a tune up on Bmw told the guy that I have been here before to get my cap fix on my coolant reservoir and the light still on the dash he said he will check it all while keeping me posted on the tune up he came in told me you will clean the screw on the reservoir he did got ready to test drive coolant leaking like water ( fyi) coolant was leaking when I bought it thy rigged it soI could drive while they order the part fast forward got the part waited 4 hour for me to ask how much longer for them to tell me that part is the wrong one and that now the holes where broken which it wasn’t broken when I bring it to them they rigged the hole saying now I have to wait on the holes the next morning I woke up to all the coolant on the ground took it back and the guy told me he’s not making money working on my after I told him what was going on he was very argumentative so I went to get my phone to call his boss he locked the doors on me mind you it was like 40 degrees outside I had to wait 3 hours before his boss came only to tell me it’s nothing they do until the part came the boss was very nice until it was time for me to pick up my car when they finished he was mean and rude rushing me to come pick the car mind you I missed two days from work behind them …I caught the flu in the cold I was crying because I was so mad …Don’t Do it especially with this mechanic that’s working there now

My favorite place honestly! Never had a bad experience and I show up everytime my car is falling apart as I live nearby. They always make time, find my parts, and are very fair on price. They go out of their way to work with you and help where they can on price (remember mechanic work and parts aren’t cheap)! I did an oil change, and brake and rotor change. And the (middle aged white man) someone referenced below was kind to me. Please remember to give respect if you expect respect back. It can get busy here.
