Be aware! if you are looking for a all-around mechanic shop, electrical emissions repair transmission brakes, this is not the mechanic shop you want to bring your vehicle to. If you bring your vehicle to this mechanic shop for an electrical problem, they will make money off of you and overprice you. They do not do their own electrical work. They have to call Lynn one of their electrical guys to come in and look at your vehicle. He’ll charge you and then they’ll charge. You are on top of the electrical guys charge price so they can make a profit. So basically they’re over pricing you for one job it’s not worth it. Be aware that chewies family does not work at the shop. They are new hired mechanics who will overprice you on the labor work. Fair warning if you choose to take your car here to the mechanic shop, you might think that you’re being priced at the right amount because they fixed your car But I’m here to tell you I’m sorry you are getting over priced the mechanics. Do you know what they are doing but they will overprice you and if you work for your money, your hard work earned working money I know you do not want to be over priced on labor work for your vehicle if you’re looking for a great mechanic all-around shop like my comment and I will send you an address and I will give you the correct amount pricing on the work that need to be done for your vehicle overall.

My husband and I were trying to remember the other day how long we have been taking our vehicles to Chuy and couldn't ... it's been at least 13 or 14 years. We have had to take them to other people when our vehicle was out of town or for a rush job (we don't live in Pasadena). Chuy is the ONLY mechanic we really trust! He has done large and small repairs for us, and always treated us right. He has also provided advice to us when for some reason our car is somewhere else and we can't get it to him!

The owner and the staff here are probably there best example of service. Customer service and sales are to different aspects but they make them both work and go together perfectly. The services provided are straight to the point and the individuals there are so knowledgeable that I know I will take more work to them without a doubt. In all of Pasadena/South Houston this is hands down the best mechanic shop available.

Great place. I took my truck to get alignment and I was in a hurry that morning and they sensed that so they put my truck in front of line. Knocked it out and even tightened up some other parts that were loose. Chuy himself and Lil Rico did an amazing job taking care of my truck. I will continue to go to them
