Had a great experience with this guys. They helped me fix my tire quickly and professionally, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The price was excellent and honestly much better than I expected. The staff was very friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they actually care about their customers and want to help instead of just trying to upsell unnecessary things. Fast service, fair pricing, and great customer service overall. I’ll definitely come back if I ever need tire service again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable work.

I wanted to take a moment to share my husband's recent experience at Mavis and to express my husband's appreciation for Rey’s exceptional service. If he could give Rey a 10-star review, he absolutely would! Recently, he was dealing with what seemed to be a sensor issue with my tire gauge. Since he had purchased the tires from Firestone in Mesquite a couple of years ago, he thought it made sense to return there for help. When he explained the situation to the gentleman at Firestone, he immediately quoted my husband a fee of over $50 just to test the tire, and said that if the gauge needed replacement, it would cost more than $300. That pricing seemed excessive, especially since they would only check a single tire for the initial charge. Feeling frustrated, my husband noticed Mavis just down the street and decided to give them a try. When he arrived, Rey greeted him warmly and listened to the issue he was having. He assured my husband there would be no charge to check the tire gauges, and not only did he inspect all four tires thoroughly, he also confirmed that none of them were showing any problems. The level of service Rey provided was truly outstanding—he made my feel welcome and even invited him to return anytime for any of Mavis’s services. Oh and the cost to replace the sensor was a significantly lower price than what was quote by the guy at Firestone. Thanks to Rey, my husband left feeling confident and valued as a customer. The experience was refreshingly different from what he encountered at Firestone, and he will definitely be returning to Mavis whenever he may need a tire specialist in the future. Very professional. I worked with the manager Don. My car rear tire had a large nail. They put a patch on (instead of a plug). He explained the process, why one is better than the other, and the team was professional, courteous, and transparent with me which I appreciated. I would recommend this place and come back here again for my vehicle needs.

I had a bad experience with Discount Tire when they did my alignment, and it ended up costing me a lot of money. Because of that, I was very nervous about taking my car somewhere else. As a woman, I was worried about being taken advantage of, but my experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes was completely different. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and informed about the expected wait time. The customer service was excellent, and Robert was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. These guys are good. Ryan and Rey were the people I dealt with. Great service on a tire replacement. After I disputed the price of the tire for being $40 higher than advertised online they offered to refund the difference back. However, after we looked closer we discovered that the tire in the ad was a different size; they were right and I was wrong. I felt like a jerk, but they were very gracious about it. I later went back for an oil change. Great service again. I will go back again.
