Chris Owens. You sir deserve your flowers 💐 today. I came here desperately trying to get my car fixed. I know nothing about cars at all. He actually took the time to explain every step of the way. We both looked at the initial problem and fixed that, but his expertise made him dig a little more and found the actual issue my car had. The price doubled. But Mr. Owens allowed me to pay the initial estimate. I am so grateful 🙏🏽 🥲 it's not many mechanics that will give you real time diagnostics and fix them with no fluff. He had my car in and out within 24hrs and I was able to confidently drive off knowing my car was truly fixed. As long as I live in the area this Kwik Kar Oil Change will always get my business. Hats off to everyone that contributed in fixing my car. Such a beautiful blessing to meet honest people. Lastly shout out to the young lady at the front desk. The manager and mechanics provided outstanding customer service and made me feel valued as a customer the entire time. Everyone was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain everything clearly. What stood out the most was how well they kept me informed throughout the entire process. They thoroughly inspected my vehicle, explained the issues they found in a way I could understand, and updated me regularly on the progress of the repairs. I truly appreciated their honesty and transparency regarding pricing, recommendations, and what repairs were necessary versus optional. The mechanics were extremely skilled and professional, and it was obvious they take pride in their work. My car is now running smoothly, and I feel confident knowing it was repaired correctly. The manager also made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. It is hard to find an auto shop that combines excellent workmanship with genuine customer care, but this team definitely does both. I started going to Kwik Kar at this location after both of my cars were paid off because I was tired of having to make appointments at the dealership just to get an oil change and even with an appointment waiting hours for the work to be completed. I have been to this location twice this year for routine maintenance on my cars and to get the required state emissions test and both times my experience was very positive. Even though this location has undergone new management, so far it seems like they are trying to uphold the reputation. I am for the most part a loyal customer and time will tell if this continues to be the case.
