Stopped in to get my oil change and they got me in right away but I was very impressed with Carl and how thorough he was. He brought me out and explained all the things that I needed to do which I figured I would due to the mileage. He wasn’t pushy at all and he actually showed me things under my hood and explained each service that was needed in detail. I chose to only do oil change and come back next week but he let me know what the order of importance was on my truck so that way I could do it in pieces and not all at once. He also showed me something to buy on Amazon to keep rodents out from under my hood. To top it off I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. Will definitely be going back in for sure for the rest of my services. I go to a different kwik kar all the time and the service was definitely different so I know it isn’t just a kwik kar thing. Carl was the best!!!

I went in for a routine oil change, and the very next day my car was leaking oil. When I returned, I was told my oil pan was cracked and that I must have hit something. I have my Lexus serviced regularly at the dealership and have never been told there was any issue with my oil pan, nor do I recall hitting anything that would have caused this damage. I was also disappointed by several details of my visit. They didn’t place the oil change reminder sticker on my windshield, which made me question the attention to detail during the service. I also asked them to repair a slow leak in one of my tires. Instead, it appears the nail was simply removed, no one informed me, and my valve stem cap was never put back on. To top it off, while I was there trying to resolve these concerns, the manager walked right past me without acknowledging me. Between the oil leak immediately after the oil change, the lack of communication, and the overall customer service, I left with very little confidence in the quality of the work performed. I've had other experience that were great, with other cars. Not sure what happened here. But the worker tried to make it right.

Long story short I went to a kwik kar in Seagoville Texas. Been having issues for the past month pass here this morning. Fix the issue in 10 minutes. amazing service. Chris was a great help and his mechanic Jesus.

I arrived at 2:00 PM after work for an alignment after calling earlier in the week and being told it would take about 2 hours. When I got there, the shop looked steady but not busy, so I expected that timeline to be accurate. By almost 4:00 PM, I noticed my car parked outside and was confused because I had already seen someone move it to the back earlier. After waiting nearly 2 hours, I went to ask for an update, only to find out they hadn’t even started working on it. The owner had no idea what was going on with my car and had to ask someone else before telling me. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. If they were behind, they should have been honest about the wait instead of letting me sit there for 2 hours with no update and nothing done. I’m also pregnant, so sitting in those uncomfortable metal chairs that long for no reason made the experience even worse. I will not be returning.

Got my brakes done and had such a good experience! Everyone there was super nice and helpful. They explained what needed to be fixed in a way that actually made sense (which never happens at car places 😅). The whole process was quick, and my car drives sooo much smoother now. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance. Highly recommend this location!
