ARE U KIDDING ME…..The best auto mechanic shop hands down! They fixed my 2014 Cadillac SRX and replaced the AC compressor did the diagnostic and added Freon in mere hours…..THE TRUTH! So affordable, so professional and top notch service!
View on GoogleI called in for a new transmission and catalytic converter, Sam gave me a very reasonable price to diagnose my Dodge Journey. More reasonable than any other place I called. He offered to waive that cost if I did the repair at his shop. He then quoted me a much more affordable price than most other shops I had called and he allowed me to leave the vehicle there right away to start working on it. He got it done sooner than I had anticipated and was a really nice guy. Highly recommended. It's been over a month now and my car has not had any check engine lights pop up or any issues. I'm very satisfied with the work done at this shop.

He told me everything that was wrong with my car and help me patiently find my parts on Amazon…… He was extremely patience with me. I came to him about 5 times asking him what if I chose the correct part on Amazon and he helped me every single time and I didn’t feel as if he was tired of me. He even grabbed my phone and helped me pick my items……… If you are afraid of being cheated by car repair shops look no more!!!! Go to Big Tex in Mesquite, Texas!!!!! Joshua and his team will make sure they take care of their of all your car needs whether it’s getting a tire or needing struts and control arms like myself. They really care about their customers and they care about our cars doing exactly what they are made to do!!!! I recommend them 100%
View on Googlecouldn’t have had better service. i came in for an alignment suspecting my car had issues beyond that, not only did they identify the issue (my front wheel bearings), they offered an extremely reasonable price to fix it and ordered the parts then and there. i only had to wait an hour and the owner is very hospitable, it felt like 30 minutes! they test drive your car before and after to be sure they fixed everything. real stand up guy, i appreciate how honest he was.
