I have been coming to this Auto Shop now for 3 years. My husband used to take care of all Auto maintenance but he had a major stroke which left him paralyzed on his right side. Leaving the responsibility of Auto maintenance to me. I am so glad my friend recommended Auto Sense. I have peace of mind knowing they will take care of my car and not overcharge me .

Great customer service and reasonable price! I purchased headlights headlamps from another vendor for my vehicle and Auto Senses did a great job by removing the old headlights and installing the new ones. They allowed me to come in same day ( 2days before Christmas) and completed the installation in a few hours. I’m satisfied with installation, price, and customer service.

I recently went to a commercial shop for a quick fix and was massively overcharged and inconvenienced and realized I can’t take this shop for granted again. I’ve brought my car here a couple times - separate issues - and I’ve always left feeling confident in the work that was done and the issue fixed, safe in my car and relieved that it didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. Billy seems like a genuine person who doesn’t want to charge people tons of money for quality work. It may be a bit out of the way for me, as I’m in Dallas, but I’m gonna stick with this shop, it’s worth it! - ALSO I really appreciate that I’m not spoken to like I’m an idiot just because I’m a woman when I come here, I receive respect and clear communication and that is very important to me!!

Dropped my car off after getting an error code at an O'reillys and then they told me it was gonna be around 3k to get the parts and work done needed for various fixes. They charge 50% on top of each part and I asked if I could source the parts myself and they said yes but it they don't cover if anything is wrong which is fine but the demeanor towards me was rude and not very friendly when I was asking about it. I needed to pick up my car and they charged me a $150 diagnostic fee for essentially nothing and when I asked for help with what parts were needed to be replaced they said use your VIN and find them yourself and just the attitude towards me as a first time customer was very unfriendly and off putting. I went to another recommended mechanic(triple A muffler which I would highly recommend) and not only did they diagnose the car for FREE the parts and the job will be done for a third the price. I'm mainly just upset at how unprofessional they were rather than providing good customer service on top of charging a $150 fee for doing nothing. When I called back and asked why he said I wasted his time, sprinkled In with some cursing and said if I wanted my money back I had to bring the car back to get worked on after previously telling me I would get it back at all.

Do NOT bring your car to this shop. Billy the owner is beyond rude and unprofessional. I brought them my car to fix one issue and they gave it back in worse condition. It won’t even start now. I tried to call to get a better understanding and Billy was so disrespectful. He answered the phone saying “last chance” then hung up. I called back and after speaking with him for 3 minutes I asked to speak with someone else because he was being so nasty (not realizing it was the OWNER). I gave this business almost $500 for bad service and worst customer service. Do NOT give this business any of your money. *edit: Because the owner just responded and LIED. He did not answer the phone with a greeting and he did not offer a diagnosis. That also does not explain how you gave me my car back in worse condition! Your response to this review was even unprofessional. Your attitude will do nothing but loose you more business! *my last response to this “owner”. It’s odd that you have the free time to bad mouth an unsatisfied customer when you’re supposed to be running a business. UNPROFESSIONAL. To further explain “our diagnosis”, we called in as first time customers letting you know what we THINK is the problem. Instead of offering a diagnosis, you quoted $150 and that number tripled when we brought my car in because “your system didn’t process the quote right”. Your quote changed drastically and you told us it would take 3 hours when it in fact took more than 24 hours. Lastly, my car was return to me smelling like CIGARETTES! You may not call yourself a liar but you sure are not trustworthy. I did not want to include these extra details in my original review because it was my choice to look past them in the beginning. But now the TRUTH is here.
