First time using this location. Estella, Donna, and Logan we’re so courteous I could Immediately sense I was in good hands. Every step of the way they kept me informed, showed me the diagnostic with photos, and got my car back on the road quickly. 5/4/2026 update: my other vehicle needed service. This morning when I saw how many cars were ahead of me, I thought the mechanic would get done sometime later this week. Not so. By lunchtime, my vehicle was ready to go!

The service advisor and your entire process is second to none. They sent me a detailed text and email showing everything they had done along with video documentation. Of all the years that I’ve taken my vehicles in for either routine maintenance or service repairs, I have never experienced that awesome experience not only from the service advisor, but from à repair shop. Your service advisor took the time to go through the entire report with me and explain everything in detail. I wil definitely bring my vehicles to Christian Brothers from now on. You guys have deservedly gained anew loyal customer. Keep up the great process your company has in line and im sure you will gain more customers, great job 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🙏🙏.

Had a really good experience getting my car serviced here. Pricing was fair and didn’t feel over the top like some places. They did a very detailed multi-point inspection and shared everything clearly. It was easy to understand what needed attention and what didn’t, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly, respectful, and you can tell they enjoy what they do. They took the time to answer my questions without rushing. Communication was smooth throughout — I got updates over text/email, and they were quick to respond whenever I reached out. Overall, a solid and reliable place. I’d definitely come back.

Service was phenomenal and wonderfully priced. I just came for a diagnostic but they went so in depth with it, providing videos and pictures and really explaining what needed to be done on all fronts. I will never go anywhere else for a diagnostic again.

Had to run in for an inspection… I was in and out in no time!!! very professional.. nice lobby.. kid friendly..I will never go anywhere else for oil change.. or any car service. I couldn’t stop talking about the customer service and how fast and professional they were.
