Texas Tires Mansfield

I initially went to Texas Tire looking to purchase new wheels. I spoke with a sales representative and clearly explained that I wanted wheels similar to what I currently have and that I planned to reuse my existing tires since they were still in good condition. He provided me with a quote and showed me options that he said would meet my needs. About four weeks later, I returned to place the order and put down a deposit. A week after that, I dropped my car off for installation. Later, I was informed that the front wheels would not fit properly because the ones ordered were too large. I was told they would need to order new wheels, and I assumed this meant all four would be replaced. I picked up my car and brought it back again a week later once the new wheels arrived. I dropped it off at 8:00 AM and was told by around 2:00 PM that it was ready. At first glance, everything looked okay. However, after I paid and took a closer look, I noticed the tires didn’t sit properly on the wheels. Since then, I’ve had to purchase two new rear tires (255/35R19) from Discount Tire, but even with the new tires, the fit still doesn’t seem right. Now I have mismatched wheel sizes, which makes tire rotation difficult, and the overall setup is not what I originally requested. I never asked to move to a larger wheel size, and all four wheels still appear as though the tires are not seated (beaded) correctly. Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to poor fitment, lack of clarity, and not delivering what was originally discussed.

I use to be a die hard Discount Tire customer, but recently stumbled across this place. They will match most prices you find and offer the same perks as the other place without the long wait times. I just needed one tire replaced and was in and out in about 20 minutes. It turns out that they have about 20 locations in the metroplex and more throughout Texas, so no worries about getting a repair and finding one nearby. I worked with Sam, Mo, Jasmine and their crew were a pleasure to work with. They also do suspension, brakes, and even alignments on Teslas, which is hard to find. This will definitely my new go to place!

This is my go to shop. I’ve purchased multiple wheel & tire packages here for every vehicle I own. Shop is nice, Selection is huge, Staff is on point‼️ It’s a one stop shop for lifts & lowering kits too‼️

Great place to get fresh rims and great tires. Clean place and excellent customer service. Well managed facility. Would definitely recommend coming here for all tires. Especially for off road tires. Got my Tundra looking nice
