The entire team at Tactical Transmission was first class. Communication was very clear, timelines were met, and my transmission is better than ever! Buddy and his team provided diagnosed my transmission issue quickly, gave me a few different options based on my driving needs, and got me back on the road when they said they would. Women have a tendency to get taking advantage of in this industry, but that does NOT happen here. Buddy, the owner, has set very high standards for his team and they all have excelled above and beyond. You don't have to call for an update on your vehicle, their motto is to call you with updates first. That is unheard of in this industry. Just give them a try and I promise you won't be disappointed!
