Service representative did excellent job keeping me informed. I only have one small grievance. Mechanic failed to clean up the tires after installation. You would think someone buying new tires, they would make sure that they look nice when you drive away as well as make sure you have a cap on your tire!
View on GoogleRobert and his team were absolutely amazing. He was very nice and had amazing customer service. Sun Auto should be proud of Robert and his team! I would've given a 5 star review, but Sun Auto should be ashamed of how much they charge for oil changes. I know everything is expensive now a days, but I have never spent almost $150 for an oil change. Major kudos to Robert and his team, keep up the great work guys!

I especially liked the detailed inspection report they sent before any work was done—it was clear, helpful, and showed a high level of honesty and transparency. My car is back up and running, and I couldn’t be happier with the service and the shuttle/Uber they provided
View on GoogleAwful experience as of today. We had our service manager take one of our company vehicles in for a state inspection. Our appointment was at 8 AM and they had their inspector running late...had my service manager waiting a whole hour just to be told that the inspection had not been initiated. Sun Auto personnel made comments like "the inspector doesn't like doing inspections on fleet vehicles". When this place was Caliber Collision we never had an issue taking our vehicles in for a state inspection. We will no longer be doing business with Sun Auto...very dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and no sense of urgency.
View on GoogleNice facility, but they need to work on their communication I hate giving a negative review to small businesses but I feel compelled to First, they didn’t communicate with me about my car needing a full synthetic oil so I had to spend extra on that instead of going the Groupon route Second, they did my oil change knowing that the lower oil pan was missing/damaged and did not advise me until later when I found out it was leaking. Now, they are quoting me an additional $1000 just to replace the oil pan and redo the oil change again just to reinstall the lower oil pan
