Sam's Club Tire & Battery

On behalf of my husband... A big shout out to Luke! Luke did an AMAZING job on our SUV despite being the only one there. He installed and balanced 4 new tires in 45 minutes. My husband can not stop talking about the speed and perfect balancing we received. Thank you for great customer service!!! 😀

Warning Toyota owners. Bought four tires and replaced a TPMS sensor, but Sam's apparently cannot reset the TPMS warning light on Toyotas after they replace a bad sensor (kind of defeats the point of replacing sensors). Discount tire and Costco have never had a problem resetting my light, but Sam's cannot. They admit this is an issue. Sam's should give their employees the tools needed to do their job.

Hazam and Julian were great, helped me get my battery replaced. Xavier helped at the counter and he was also very helpful.

Well this will be quite a long review so sit tight but it's definitely helpful for those wanting their service here. I was going back and forth between sams and discount tire. I went with sams because their price on the Goodyear eagle tire was cheaper. I bought 4 new Goodyear tires and it was time to schedule my appointment. Keep in mind that my current tires are rather bald and I was told by Firestone that they were starting to stretch. To reiterate, I need new tires and fast. I scheduled the tire install for this past Monday the 16th. I call them to be sure they had my tires Monday morning and they told me it would be coming in Friday the 20th. Also, that my current appointment was slated for Monday the 23rd. What? No I scheduled it for the 16th! Either way, tires weren't going to be in so not much I can do. I get an email later around noon the same day on the 16th saying my tires were shipped and they arrived here at the Mansfield Sams. Okay so much for the 20th. Lol I call them again where they checked to make sure my tires were in. Bam they were in so time to schedule. I spoke with some guy (I don't remember his name only remember him calling me boss) where he told me that they were double booked for the 16th and 17th. He said to come in Wednesday the 18th at noon and that's the earliest they can see me. Okay cool. I came this morning around 11:00 just to drop it off. I checked in with one of the guys up front. When it came time to give him my keys, he looked at them and asked me if it was a Genesis. I said yep that's what I'm driving. He then showed me his tablet thing and said is this you? It showed a 12pm appointment for an Anita something for a Honda Pilot. I said nope. He checked the schedule for all of today and guess what. My name wasn't listed. He then proceeded to tell me that they don't take walk ins. Lol umm what? I am not a walk in. I scheduled an appointment. He then walks to the back and returns shortly after to say yet again that they don't take walk ins and they're already double booked for the day. I am pissed but what can I do? He then books me in for tomorrow at 10 AM. I made sure to check that he did schedule me because I'm not doing this back and forth mumbo jumbo. He says it's probably one of their team members that did it because he has in the past told people to come in on certain days only to not schedule anything. So, to me it sounds like someone needs to be fired if they're causing this much of a hassle towards customers. So, the only reason I gave this two stars was the price for the tires. Everything else especially the communication or lack thereof is a massive disappointment. I honestly expected more from Sams. Also, hire some more technicians because 2 guys with 4 open bays is ridiculous. It's no wonder why you guys are double booked. Update 12/19/2024: I come up to my appointment about 40 minutes early and they got it checked in right away. So that's good but I believe I met the kid that messes everyone's scheduling up. His name is Abbas and he's a taller kid with scruffy black hair and on the skinny side. Dude had no customer service skills. He handed me my paperwork and keyfob and rarely ever looked at me. He actually kept looking away and towards everything else. Not have a good day. Not enjoy your weekend. Just handed me my stuff and that was it. Lol again poor customer service.

Tires sell expansive. I tried to buy from them many times, but I didn't because I found better prices in other stores..
