View on GoogleI originally left a negative review after smelling a burning odor shortly after a brake job and being told by another shop that the pads were already worn down to 4mm and 6mm. I reached out to Mike but didn’t hear back for a while, which added to my frustration. That said, I want to be fair and update this: the other shop later admitted they eyeballed the pad wear without proper tools. After they did a full inspection, they told me the brakes were in good condition front and back. The burning smell was just residue on the rotors, which should wear off. They didn’t charge me for the inspection, and they were honest about their mistake. Mike eventually responded, and I appreciate that he followed up and was willing to work with me. I’m adjusting this review to reflect the full picture and give credit where it’s due
