Arrived today for the third time with the same vibration issue. Luckily Lisa checked me in & Ricky pulled my vehicle back. They both were transparent with me & told me that it wasn't a tire balancing issue at all. It was in fact a bigger issue. They brought me to my vehicle and showed me where the issue was and how they recognized it. They didn't waste my time and they didn't sugarcoat it. I'm so grateful I decided to bring my vehicle in today while they were working. Great customer service Lisa & Ricky! Much appreciated!

This is my second time being in here and I’m hooked. While waiting I observed the amazing customer service Joe gives. He took his time with each customer and listened and advised them of what they should do. He didn’t try to take their money are sale them something they did not need. Finally a place with true customer service. I will be referring all of my family to this location. A place you can send your wife and know the proper things are do and no sailing of things you don’t need.😊

Mrs. Lisa was very great at explaining the tpms sensor to me and how they work. Came in here thinking I was about to spend 100 bucks but ended up spending nothing because my valve stem was leaking air and they replaced that for free. This was a great store and I will definitely come back since they are open on Sundays and with my busy schedule sunday is my only free day. Great place. I loved it. Mrs. Lisa was great and is a great person. I'll always come here instead of Firestone on Sundays. Discount tire is a very high pick too if the day comes it'll be hard to pick wich one is better.
