Jax and Susan are truly exceptional people who genuinely care about their customers. These two young women took excellent care of me and helped me find solutions to my complex problems. They never said, "I can't help you." It was more like, "Let me think, and here is an idea or place you can try." I appreciate their professionalism and the great experience I had. I was able to get my wheel lock removed, which allowed them to quickly repair my wheel within 30 minutes. Thank you so much!

Please read entire review to understand the rating. Let me say when I first contacted Lonestar Wheel Repair I thought the customer service was great. The staff seemed nice and professional. I read reviews that said the wheel repair pricing was affordable and it is to an extent. I didn’t like the fact they don’t have prices posted for the service. When shops do that it’s normally because they want to be able to price things however they see fit per customer. Anyway, I was quoted over the phone a lower price than the price I was given when I arrived. They said it was due to needing a full repair with paint and curb rash repair. I didn’t ask for all of that. I just asked for the dent to be repaired. That jacked the price up $50, but I let it go because why not. The rim was ready a day later then they said I needed a new tire. I had to take their word for it. I got the new tire. When I picked up the rim it looked nice, they were very nice, and put it on my car and I was on my way. The next day I hand washed my rim and four beadlock bolts were missing and a 5th one fell off in my hand as I was wiping it. I was shocked. I thought that was weird since my rims are fairly new and that had not happened to any of my other rims. I contacted them the next day, they asked for pictures, I sent them. I did continued to contact them for days without a response. A week later I contacted the manager again and at that time she said she asked the team at the shop and they said my rim came in that way. A complete lie. I wasn’t asking for a refund. I just wanted them to replace it or fix the issue but I can’t deal with a shop that can’t take accountability for mistakes they made. The manager did offer to just replace the screws but I didn’t want to take a chance of putting my property in their hands again and possibly messing up something else like scratching my rim. I’m sure they would not own up to it. My advice to everyone is keep a detailed video record of your property before turning it over to any shop. Lesson learned for me. I’ll find and replace my own beadlock bolts.
