I made my appointment for a car inspection online and they honored the appointment time by being ready as soon as I got there. I didn’t even have to get out of my car. They did the inspection and within 10 minutes. I was on my way. The service men were very friendly and professional.
View on GoogleAfter the Kwik Kar in Grand Prairie off Pioneer didn't put oil back in my engine years ago (which blew and they denied wrongdoing), I swore I would never visit another one of these places. Fast forward and we needed an emissions test done for my wife and I, so we decided to give it a shot as it was a drive up and sit in your car style. The young lady who did the test did my truck and my wife's SUV at the same time. We were in and out in 15 minutes. So smooth that our napping daughter in my backseat stayed asleep the whole entire time. This just became our go to place.

The process was much quicker than I expected, and the associate who helped me was very kind and professional. I only went in for an inspection and didn’t need any additional services, but based on how smooth everything went, I would definitely come back here again in the future if needed. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleDangerous negligence – Overfilled by nearly 2 quarts I took my 2001 Mustang GT here for a routine oil change and they managed to fail at the most basic part of the job: reading a dipstick. I recently discovered they overfilled my engine by a massive amount—easily 1.5 to 2 quarts over the maximum capacity. As you can see in the photo, the oil level isn't just slightly high; it's halfway up the metal of the dipstick, well past the "Max" line. For a shop that specializes in "Kwik" oil changes, you’d expect them to know that overfilling an engine is just as dangerous as underfilling it. This level of excess causes oil aeration (foaming), which prevents proper lubrication and can lead to catastrophic engine wear, blown seals, and fouled spark plugs. The fact that they let a car leave the bay in this condition is pure negligence. If you value your vehicle’s engine, stay far away from this location. They clearly don't double-check their work and have zero regard for the "service" they are actually providing.
View on GoogleFirst time visiting Kwik Kar. I usually go to the dealership to get my oil change. But this time I was near this location. So I tried it. I am a firm believer in good customer service. This experience at Kwik Kar was truly a great customer service experience. The technician that greeted me was very courteous and professional. Explained everything to me and said that he would take care of my oil change. I was so surprised when my vehicle was completely done in a few minutes. I am definitely coming back to get my oil change every time I need to. Great job! A vary happy customer!
