Kwik Kar... true to it's name. Easy to schedule online. Had a question & called, a business that still answers the phone with a real person & no automated prompts. They were BUSY, arrived early for my appointment, waited a little as I was in the car line but it wasn't a long wait. Great flow of service & the team has really got it together. Communication with each other AND the customers were a key factor in their efficiency. Well organized, inspection took maybe fifteen at most while I got to wait in my car. I didn't even have to walk to the register to pay. Also, every. single. person. was so kind. From the person on the phone, to the guy who guided each person in line, to the dude doing the inspection. Sometimes girls hate going places by themselves, but you guys rock & are always awesome!

These guys are fine for an oil change but transmission maintenance they are not skilled. I just wanted to change my trans filter and fluid but dropping an oil pan and changing the filter is not something they can do. They also wanted to argue about it being done after I researched it thoroughly. Very disappointing, been a customer for many years. Did not have a good experience.

View on GoogleThe oil change went great and they were very efficient in replacing it; however, they pulled my air filter out and tried to sell me a replacement. I, for once, agreed to it as it was only an extra $20. Come to find out at the end they didn’t even have the right filter and stuck the old one back in. Why are we selling filters that we don’t even have in stock before we realize we don’t have any. I of course did not pay for it when checking out, but the fact that y’all are attempting to sell a product and service before even checking if it’s in stock is very telling of the business practices and mindest held here.
View on GoogleIt is frustrating to see a long line forming for service and about 4-5 fellas walking around or standing around doing nothing. Then, after 25 minutes of waiting in line, a second guy starts to assist with the emissions inspections. Two people could have been assisted this whole time! Once assisted, the gentlemen was nice and expedient, thus the reason for my two stars. I will seriously have to rethink about returning.
