View on GoogleAfter being advised at the dealership that I would need my catalytic converter replaced along with $4,000 price tag attached, I was referred to speak with Josh at Great Motors. From first contact to the completion of my repair these guys deserve 10 stars! A1 customer service, once my inspection was complete everything was very well explained on what needed to be done to get me back on the road. They even have multiple payment options! If you’re looking for great service without breaking the bank and repair you can trust, look no further!! Thank you guys so much!!!
View on GoogleI visited this establishment after calling to get an in person quote. Josh had his mechanic inspect my vehicle and provided a quote for me $1018.23 to repair by bumper. The clips are broken on the driver side bumper. Josh said his system bot his mechanic said it will take 15 hours to repair the bumper. I visited three other locations which quoted 2.5 to 3.3 to do this same repair. When I contact Josh with my findings he said he would go down to $700. I brought the car to the facility for the repair and he asked why did I decided to go with him. I said because he guaranteed his work though I still had concerns regarding his practice of inflating the work hours to increase the price. He said he would be back. When he returned he said he spoke with his mechanic he said the brackets would have to be changed so the new price would be $700 plus the price of the brackets from Lexus. I said whay materials where you charging for when you proceed the precious quote ( which is $178.57). I said the other place contacted the dealer and the bracket is $42.00. Eventually concluded that there is a possibility that the bumper can pop back out and he think we are going to have issues. Sometimes God's rejection is God's protection. I said thank you and took my business elsewhere. Always try to support your people but dont be taken advantage of.
