Nice waiting area. Staff is helpful and nice. $97 for an 5 qt oil change is almost criminal, approaching dealership prices without dealership benefits. Nevermind last time I was here they turned me away for an inspection because their "system was down". Literally told me to go to Kwik Kar across the street instead. There's Groupons for similar oil changes for about half this price. Why not charge a more reasonable price for such a common service to drive business traffic and potentially sell other services? A $97 oil change ain't it. Never again. Edit: had an appointment for 11. Got here and got started early. Its been 90 minutes and my oil change is not done. Edit 2: they lost my paperwork. My car has been sitting out in the lot backed in for some time now. They never called or texted, and cant find my paperwork now. Place is a joke.

This establishment should be the poster board, for what great customer service looks like; every time I go, I leave with a smile. Lily, is very helpful, and goes above and beyond to help ensure customer satisfaction. They definitely are not there to upsell unnecessary like many other places. I appreciate the free inspection they provide, I definitely recommend that people give them a try.
