Crash Champions Collision Repair Mansfield

At first, I was scheduled to meet a different collision repair center. There was a glitch in their system, so I was referred to Crash Champions instead. I was able to get in same time and day, as opposed to even waiting longer for my car to get repaired. Jack/Johnathan M. and the whole team were exceptional. From the start until the end, I was updated on the repair stages of my vehicle. As well everything explained thoroughly. The finished product was amazing. I honestly don't think anybody else could've done a better job. I bombarded Jack with a million questions and he answered every single one of them with politeness and was extremely happy to help. Unfortunately, life does happen and it is beyond our control. I will take my car back (this Mansfield location specifically) for any future body repairs. In November, I was hit from the front and had to repair my front bumper, grill, light, undercarriage, etc. I worked with progressive who recommended crash champion. When I got the vehicle back, I was concerned at certain pieces that didn’t fit well and were popping out, but the mechanic was dismissive my concerns. Recently, I had damage done to my bumper and had it replaced at a different body shop. During that time they found that Crash Champions had glued and partially taped on my grill. Not only that, they found that my undercarriage had been zip tied and there was missing screws and bolts. The body shop I worked with even kept my bumper to show me where it had been glued and taped on. I attached a photo as proof of this. I’m truly dumbfounded that such a large corporation could have such awful work. It’s upsetting because this is supposed to be a trusted company that is used by progressive. Now I’m gonna have to find a body shop to double check all the work that this one was supposed to do. Whenever a customer comes to you to repair their car, they do it with a sense of trust in your shop. Cars are one of the most important assets that somebody has and I always try to make sure that my car has the best work and is reliable. Please rethink going to crash champions for repairs, as they are dishonest. Instead, I would recommend Precision Collision and Paint 2743 fm 917 mansfield TX- they have a five star review for a reason.

I had a great experience with this collision shop. They did an outstanding job repairing my 2014 Dodge Durango, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. My SUV looks amazing, and everything was completed professionally. A special thank you to Terry for making the entire process easy. He kept me updated, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s hard to trust people with your vehicle because it’s a big investment, but this is one shop I can honestly say will take care of your car like it’s their own. I highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repairs. Thanks again to Terry and the whole team for the excellent work!

I was merged into a few weeks ago, at first I wasn’t too sure about using this body shop as I wanted to use my own however the insurance company wanted photos that were too complicated to upload. They recommended me to go to Crash Champions, never used a body shop before but making the appointment to turn in my vehicle was easy, the staff were very friendly and inviting, the service repair staff kept me updated on the status of my vehicle, the process took less then 2 weeks considering they had to order the parts and paint them, my car looks brand new, the cost was covered my insurance but costed less then 4000 which I believe is reasonable for the damages inside the hood and the scratches. If you need a body shop I would strongly recommend using this one. I had a great experience overall, the staff also vacuumed my carpets since I wouldn’t be able to use a car wash anytime soon.

A deer charged into the side of my car while visiting New Mexico. I chose this location to get my car looking like new again and they blended the paint to where you can’t even tell. Jeff made sure that we got regular updates and made this awful experience so much better. He is compassionate and a real people person. The GM Chris even verified for superior quality before us picking up the car. Hopefully I never have to take a damaged vehicle in again 😅, but if so, I going there again as long as those two work there.
