I am beyond satisfied with my experience at this body shop. From start to finish, the customer service was truly phenomenal. They kept me consistently updated on the status of my car via text, which made the entire process so much less stressful. Not only did they complete the repairs flawlessly, but they actually finished my car a day earlier than originally scheduled, which was such a pleasant surprise! When I picked up my car, it was fully detailed and looked amazing. What could have been a very stressful situation turned into a smooth and easy experience because of their professionalism and care. They even provided me with a loaner car since I didn’t have rental coverage through my insurance, that level of customer service truly meant a lot. Thank you to everyone on the team for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs!

Carstar Mansfield was a Geico preferred body shop and I was given constant status updates throughout the process. Best of all my vehicle was ready on the estimated completion date given upfront, and the body repairs looked exceptional, and we couldn't even tell it was ever in an accident...see the attached before and after pics.
