Great customer service as well as the service itself. They didn't try to upsell anything, which is rare for a woman in an auto shop. Service was fast and thorough. This is now my shop for auto repair. I highly recommend them. Honest mechanics!!
View on GoogleBEST Auto Shop!!!! This is the only place I will take my car from now on. I had water that was mixed in with my motor oil. I got my Dodge Avenger there just in time and was worried about the engine being damaged beyond repair. The really took care of me. Very professional and warm in spirit. I felt very welcomed. The team is incredibly knowledgeable in their roles! My car was repaired by close of business that day. Thank you so much!!!! I feel like my money was well spent with quality work, and overall my husband is happy! Kevin has awesome phone etiquette, and he made it personal asking the story behind my husband’s truck. I really felt like they genuinely cared, and I loved that! Thank You B&M Auto for making my family lifetime customers, and being honest!
View on GoogleAfter being a customer here for years, I am sad to say I will never bring B&M any more business. I highly advise you to do the same. After the owner passed away, a new shop foreman has been hired who is incredibly unprofessional, including being quite rude. Not only did he refuse to accept my vehicle on tow, deeming it unworthy of spending any more money on, he was very rude to my wife and myself on the phone. He never offered any alternatives or suggestions. Just refused to help in any way. B&M used to do good work, and always at a fair price. But they have always taken extraordinarily long to fix vehicles. Often I would have to wait weeks between updates. But I knew I could trust them. Sadly that is no longer the case.
