I was referred to Alex after another repair shop told me I needed to replace my AC compressor. Alex identified the problem (I didn't need a new compressor) and fixed it for a fraction of the cost. He was pleasant, quick and the cost was reasonable. I appreciate honesty - I have a new mechanic!
View on GoogleSCAMMER! Man installed a part said had cost him $600+, part broke checked the part number out turns out it was $285. On top of that he charged me $650 for labor. If his doing it to me his definitely doing it to 80%+ of yall…. Can not believe all of yall are falling for it….. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
View on GoogleDrop the truck off before we left for vacation. Told the so called mechanic that I hear a sound coming from the back of the rear end. Idk if it is a wheel bearing or a axel bearing. Please find the issue and get back with me.He didnt even test drive the truck before working on it. Our last day of vacation he calls and says the truck is ready. I ask if the problem is fixed and he starts yelling at me saying YOU SAID WHEEL BEARINGS!!! I said no idk what it is. So he changed out the wheel bearing that DIDNOT need to be changed and charged me $600 to get my truck back. I do not recommend this shop to even change a air filter. 0/10 experience
View on GoogleAlex is the best mechanic! He is honest, very fair priced, and just a really sweet and kind person. My family has been coming to him for almost 20 years. I wish I knew what happened, his shop is temporarily closed.
View on GoogleAlex is very knowledgeable and honest. I went to dealership for routine service of my 2015 Toyota Sienna, then I was told that I need to replace this and change that, total thousands of dollars. I brought the car to Alex’s shop. He explained to me which replacement is truly needed and which is not necessary. In the end, I had serpentine belt changed at his shop, which Alex charged less than what the dealer had quoted me. I will monitor the condition for other parts, and only come back to Alex shop if I need to get them replaced.
