I know Chris over 20 years when I took my 1990 ford tempo in Tomball Tx when the have the shop there he is and expert on transmissions he cares about your car or truck now he is working on my 1994 suburban he is the best
View on GoogleThe manager treated me like "Family ". They do HONEST business, take time to explain everything before they make repairs and actually explain everything so you can make an Informed decision prior to any service done. A fraction of the prices Dealerships charge. Very highly recommend!
View on GoogleIf I could give fewer stars, I would. I took my truck in to have a clutch and flywheel replaced with new (high end) parts that I provided. It took way way longer than it should have. They had my truck for over two weeks. Then, after about 500 miles, something broke in the transmission due to incorrectly installed parts. Suddenly, they don't do work on manual transmissions. That information would have been beneficial before they worked on my truck. The owner stated they would get it back in and find out what the problem was, but never got back to me, and stopped answering my calls. Eventually, I towed my truck to another shop to be repaired correctly. It costs me way more in the long run and potentially could have been much worse. Save yourself time and money and take your vehicle somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.
View on GoogleMade an appointment several weeks ahead of time. Called on appointment date and he said there wasn't room on the lot and couldn't touch my truck for another week. What was the point of making an appointment? This was the only week I could drop off and they really messed up my schedule. Lucky for me Amanda at Lynn's Auto Repair had my transmission rebuilt in 3 days!

They even went above and beyond by driving our car back to our house while we were out of town. Any future transmission issues will go to DDD. Thanks guys for your incredible service.
