I recently moved to New Jersey and still don’t know the area very well, so I found this shop through Google reviews and decided to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. The staff carefully inspected my tire and were incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole process. The follow-up service was also excellent. Honestly, they were even friendlier than the BMW service center. I was especially upset because I bought my car only 8 months ago, so I was very worried when I discovered the tire problem. However, they explained everything kindly and made me feel much more comfortable and relieved. They repaired my tire with both a patch and plug for free, and I was truly touched by their generosity and customer service. I couldn’t leave without writing a review. The location is also very close to The Woodlands, which is super convenient for me. I will definitely continue coming here and will recommend this shop to my friends as well. Thank you again!

View on GoogleDefinitely like and appreciate this place. Only started here a few years ago after 30 or so years with N.. When I finally realized N.. had t”taken advantage of me” for 3 decades, I researched my options thoroughly. The other major brands have the same business model. Thus, the best overall is Tire Link. Locations good, personnel are all eager and friendly, and prices way better than ANY of the others. My family and friends and their fleet of vehicles are now part of this reality. There still exists really decent people and businesses out there.
