Oil chg and tire rotation was fast and efficient. People were friendly and facility was clean and very customer oriented. Prices were very competitive, especially when compared to go into a dealership! This was my first visit and I guarantee that I will be back again!

As a woman, I especially appreciated how professional, respectful, and knowledgeable the entire team was. The technicians took the time to clearly explain the oil change and vehicle inspection process, walking me through what they were doing and why it mattered—no pressure, no confusion, just honest and helpful communication. Even though it was near closing time, their demeanor never slipped—they were friendly, patient, and thorough every step of the way. It’s not always easy to find a place that combines expertise with great customer service, but this team absolutely delivered. Amazing service all around. I left feeling confident about my vehicle and really valued as a customer. Highly recommend!

They care about their customers and it shows. On multiple occasions they’ve changed my headlight bulbs with no charge! Felix has helped me the last several times I’ve been in for an oil change or to do any diagnosis on issues with my car. He’s been very informative and thorough in explaining my options. The pricing is fair and I genuinely feel like I can trust the diagnosis or action plan that they propose. They are very accommodating and even sent an Uber to shuttle me back to the shop to pick up my vehicle. Just highly recommended Sun Auto all the way around.
