I had a blowout on a busy highway and had to get my spare tire put on just to make it to the next city. I ended up buying one of those cheaper roadside tires just to keep moving. Since it was Sunday, a lot of tire chains were closed, but this location was open and ready to help. When I arrived, it was close to quitting time. One employee initially said I would need to come back, but Mr. Mike stepped in and said, “We can take him, even if it takes us a little longer. Let’s take care of him.” That meant a lot. They took the time to explain my options and were very professional. I did not get the tires that same day because the size was wrong, which was no fault of theirs, but I came back the next day and purchased the tires, along with the recommended alignment. For any tire needs, I definitely recommend this location. Ask for Mr. Mike. He is fair, diligent, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about taking care of customers.

Even though I was a bit confused about the process—especially with NTB now being Mavis Tires & Brakes and getting fleet approval—he handled everything smoothly. The approval from my fleet company was a bit slow on their end, but the overall service here was excellent. I highly recommend this location and suggest asking for Blake!
View on GoogleThis place has PHENOMENAL customer service - compared to the location in Spring off of I-45. I hit a curb going pretty fast on 105 and to my surprise, but not too much shock, it messed up more than just my tires.. my shocks and struts needed replacing. Huge shout-out to Blake! From the phone call before I even got there, to the moment I was handed my keys I felt so taken care of and everything was properly explained to me in a way I 100% understood. I will definitely be coming back here for any of my tire/battery needs!! Thank y'all again!!
