Took my ram 6.7 in for a thermal bypass replacement. This consist of 2 transmission line going in and 2 out. Got the truck back and the bottom hose was leaking. Went back was told by the owner Chris it’s wasn’t his fault that it leaked, it was another shops fault and I now needed a $500 transmission line. I have video of the leak before he worked on it and it wasn’t leaking from a line but now it is. I payed for the lines and two days later same thing, another transmission line leak. Went back again got another new thermal bypass and another new line and hasn’t leaked again. The attitude I got from the owner was literally disgusting, immediately before looking at my truck after he himself worked on it his first words to me were “ it’s not my fault and I don’t care what video you have “ unfortunately for him the video shows his failure and is not disputable. I truly would like to find a honest shop that knows these engines and just doesn’t guess at replacing parts at the owners expense. I will never go back and I will tell anybody looking for honesty to never go here. It’s unfortunate because I would really like to support a local business.

I have a 2018 F350 Dually that was dropped off for repairs. One of the oil pan seals needed replacement, and my check engine light turned on several days before I dropped the truck off for maintenance. The staff at MDP were extremely polite and listened when I explained the truck issues. I requested that, if possible, the mechanic designated to work on my truck look over my truck and to please let me know if any additional parts or unknown issues were found. From start to finish, I was updated by phone, email, photos, and information about each issue, replacement options, and why the issue occurred. MDP staff found several critical issues with my truck that were overlooked by your typical Ford Dealership repair shop. The attention to detail, communication, and support from MDP have made me a long-time customer. The drive from where I live may be long, but the satisfaction of knowing my company vehicles will leave the MDP shop I'm better condition than they arrived without the wondering if it was done correctly. #plasmalord

I took my truck to too other transmission shops before bringing it here, and they advised me that the other shops did a janky install when they did the transmission in my truck. Their customer extremely professional and really know what they are doing. Service was amazing, and extremely prompt when it came to returning my truck to me. 100% recommend this place to ANYONE who is considering this place.
