This review serves as a documented account of what I believe to be negligent and unacceptable conduct by this repair facility. My Mercedes was delivered for a stalling issue. After holding the vehicle for approximately one month, the shop failed to diagnose the problem, attempted to upsell unrelated brake repairs, and charged a significant diagnostic fee without delivering any meaningful service. Upon retrieving the vehicle, it was non‑functional, missing a fan cover, and the gear shift assembly had been left dismantled with exposed wiring. These conditions were not present when the vehicle was dropped off and indicate a clear failure to exercise reasonable care. Texas consumers have the right to competent service, honest representation, and the return of their property in its original condition unless authorized repairs are performed. Based on my experience, those standards were not met. I am currently reviewing my options for filing formal complaints and pursuing additional remedies under Texas law.

Gotta start with I don’t normally give reviews. That said, I am based on the experience my family has had with these folks. They’re amazing, from the service at the counter to the technicians. Jon and George have been great to deal with and I will definitely recommend this team to all. If you own a euro you gotta check this team out.

I took it to them for a PPI and they found numerous issues. I followed their recommendations and ended up with another make of vehicle and couldn't be happier! Because I had them check it out right after I bought it, I was able to get numerous upgraded repairs done at the dealers expense under the 90 day warranty. Money and time well spent thanks to Mario and the rest of the hard working folks at German High Tech. Thank you for getting me into my "bucket list" car!

View on GoogleThe evening before my scheduled surgery, parked at a drug store, my Mercedes failed to start, everything frozen. Several people and two tow truck drivers failed to get it started or towed. I had met Brian before so I called and got Tracy, the Service Manager. I explained my dilemma. He was just closing but said he would wait to see if I was successful getting car towed. Things worsened and I was freezing. Tracy said he would not leave me in the dark, he would come and got things sorted out. His concern, knowledge and ability was immediately displayed as he examined my car, spent quite awhile calling to get a tow to come as it was late evening, After hours of standing in the cold I was so impressed with his ability to get things sorted out. I had the surgery and Tracy called me the next day to explain what the problem was and to give me a quote and timeline for completion. Excellent facility. Sandi A
