I had an amazing experience with Classic Collision from start to finish, their communication was outstanding. They consistently kept me updated on what had been completed and clearly explained the next steps in the process, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was very hard being away from my car and not knowing what’s going on unless I call is a problem I have had in the past that added to the stress, I didn’t have that problem at all with them! The biggest surprise was that they finished the repairs on my car a whole month earlier than expected! Not only was the work done efficiently, but the quality was excellent as well. If you’re looking for a body shop that is professional, communicative, and truly cares about their customers, I highly recommend Classic Collision. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! Special shoutout to technician Drew and the front desk personnel Rachel, they kept me in the loop and made sure I was happy with everything going on with repairs! Everyone at that place was very helpful and thorough at their job, if I ever need work done on my car again I am definitely going back to them! Received my truck back with a check engine light on in limp mode with a broken bed cover and non functioning keyless entry buttons. How does a repair shop return your vehicle in a worse condition than I dropped it off in? If you have State Farm and they recommend this shop, take your claim somewhere else. We called to ask if we needed an appointment to drop off our car for a partial paint. No damage, just some prep and paint. They gave us an estimate of $2,685.39. We agreed to this work and then a WEEK later were contacted by the "real" estimator and the prices had increased to almost $1000 more. They told me that Rachel doesn't normally do quotes and Hector was gone training. I would expect the estimate to change a few hundred, if they need additional parts, etc. We were given a time line of 2 weeks - It was a week before they EVER even started working on it. It is now going on 3 weeks and they keep extending the time line, but say the same thing every phone call or text "Back with tech for assembly. Please give us until end of day - this date is always moving", then it has to go to the "clean-up phase". Put my car back together and give it back to me!!! Could you do without your car for 3 weeks+??? We are paying for this - not insurance, so we don't have a rental car...maybe that is why we keep getting pushed back, around and sideways. I will keep you posted when we actually pick the car up!

Found this shop by accident by our new home. Had truck damage from a dirt storm in Okla. Truck was repaired quickly and looks amazing, we are very happy with the work. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give these people negative stars. Had 2 different vehicles fixed here, 1st one they didn't repair the A/C after my vehicle was stolen and damaged. Then a accident. The power steering was disrupted and they tell me it was impossible that the power steering is out because of where it was hit at, and i need to talk to my insurancecompany. On top of that my air filter cover is gone and with all that the lady was very snappy and rude. Well it was hit on the side the pump is on. Don't never use these people for anything. They don't need to be in business if they believe its fine to treat customers like Robin, I believe her name was, did. Ill be filing with the BBB too.
