Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I originally brought my vehicle in because of an EPC-related issue, expecting a professional diagnosis and a real solution. However, after spending more than $2,000 on multiple repairs and part replacements, the main problem was never actually resolved. During the process, they replaced components such as the battery, brakes, the vehicle computer, and other expensive parts, yet the issue remained exactly the same. They were even starting to recommend additional costly repairs related to the fuel tank system. The most frustrating part was never receiving a clear explanation or an accurate diagnosis of the root cause of the problem. As a customer who is not an expert in mechanics, you trust the professionals at the shop to provide honesty, technical knowledge, and proper diagnostics. In my case, it honestly felt like parts were simply being replaced without truly identifying the real issue. After this experience, I eventually took my car to another mechanic who, with a much more honest, professional, and precise approach, was able to correctly identify and resolve the issue while clearly showing me the condition of the parts and the work being performed. That experience made me realize the huge difference between true mechanical diagnostics and simply replacing expensive parts without results. If I had to mention something positive, I do want to recognize that the staff members who attended me were always very kind, and the customer service was good on a personal and human level. My issue was never with the way I was treated, but rather with the lack of results, the high cost, and the absence of a clear diagnosis that actually solved my vehicle’s problem. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but honestly I felt very disappointed by the lack of results, the high cost, and the feeling that I lost a significant amount of money without ever solving the original problem. I truly wanted to trust this shop based on its name and reputation, but unfortunately I left feeling that neither the “Christian” values nor the sense of “brotherhood” were reflected in my experience as a customer. “After finally taking my vehicle to another mechanic, I was shown the actual condition of several components and the corrective work being performed. I am attaching some of those before-and-after pictures because they helped me better understand the difference between replacing parts and truly diagnosing and resolving a problem.” The following before-and-after pictures helped me understand the difference between simply replacing parts and truly diagnosing and fixing a problem correctly.

Christian Brothers has officially earned my business. I’ve used them twice now and both experiences have been fantastic. Sure, they may be a little pricier than some places, but you absolutely get what you pay for: excellent customer service, honest communication, quality work, and insanely fast turnaround times. After dealing with nightmare experiences at other shops in the past, finding a place I actually trust is huge. Picked my car up yesterday and she is running AMAZING!!!

I Always take my car to Christian Brothers because they’re really good, Their customer service is top-notch, and their prices are competitive. Not to mention the fact that I love going in there and hearing, the Christian music. For these reasons, I always try to bless them with my business and encourage others to do the same.. I went to Christian Brothers because a friend recommended this place. I was so greatly impressed by this establishment. First they were super kind and courteous. They didn't try to up sell me and tell me there was stuff wrong with my car that wasn't like some other mechanics do. Their shop was clean and pleasant. They have a few different areas in the main office. One they have a tv in a corner and they offered to change the channel for my kids to watch some cartoons which they did. Then they have a rack where they offer snacks (HEB brand which is really cool) and drinks in a little refrigerator. Then they offer books and toys for young kids to play with while you wait. The bathroom has a full size changing table with drawers full of diapers. :) They also have a nook with pieces of paper for prayer requests you can put in a prayer request box. Just all together a wonderful experience. They did an oil change at a decent price and also reset my computer (last time I did an oil change the computer was still asking for an oil change because the oil change place forgot to update it) before I even asked. Really professional. Highly recommend Christian Brothers. Thank you so much! :) I will be returning to Christian Brothers when I need oil changes or repairs.
