I wish that I have read the reviews before my girlfriend was Deciding to Comehere !!!! originally went here to get one Tire changed the gentleman there convinced my girlfriend to get two tires so she did. He informed her that she had two lugs left on the passenger side front tire. We were not aware of only two until that day ..she had this very same tire changed not too long ago and there should’ve been 3 to 4 lugs. The gentleman proceeded to change the tires ;They said that they could fix the lugs, but we had somebody for that so she told them that she will wait. The next morning when she went to work, the ENTIRE tire popped off And caused significant damage to the front of the vehicle. We reached out to the company because the original mechanic that we took it to said that it shouldn’t have Popped off like that , being that they just changed it something had to have been loose. This was the first time like this has ever happened! I do not recommend this company you are the worst and the person that was texting my girlfriend you have no professionalism at all!! You guys don’t even change oil why would we trust you to change anything! $220 for two tires that aren’t new !You will reap what you sew

I had the misfortune of getting a flat in all of that 1488 road construction mess. Found out my tires were all bald anyway so wanted to give my business somewhere local. This shopped helped me out about 15 years ago with a simple favor of resetting some TPMS sensors for an elderly neighbor of mine at no charge so I have always wanted to return the favor. Came in and was able to get 2 new tires on my vehicle for less than $200 which was about $60 less than big name stores were quoting me. Tony was friendly, quick and accommodating. Definitely will be returning in the future for all of my tire needs.
View on GoogleCharged me 120$ to mount, balance & put new valve stems on tires & wheels I brought. He mounts 2 and starts to roll them out unbalanced and NO new stems. So naturally I’m like what no new stems??? He said “you have” than I noticed he didn’t even balance them so I had to ask why he didn’t. He said oh your tire is no good. Absolutely terrible customer service. And poor customer communication. My one of three of my tires was slightly choppy from a poor alignment and he could’ve easily been a professional and notified me that my tire was not worth balancing b4 installing it. He didn’t even bother to put new valve stems in ANY of the rims and still wanted to charge me 120$ but me being a person who stands up for him self, asked him to give me a break being he didn’t even balance the tires nor put new stems in. (He knocked off 20$)As an old tire tech of 6 years I know the trade very well and these employees need schooling on customer service. 2 stars bc my son enjoyed playing with the little boy that worked there zero stars for the gentleman that I dealt with. Will not be referring anyone to that shop.
